About Us

When we moved into our new house 3 years ago, we found it difficult finding home decors that are stylish, well made yet reasonably priced.

The items that we liked the most were unjustifiable expensive from mainstream retailers; we did find some alternative items at some discount retailers but the quality is often less satisfactory.

It turned out there was a simple solution. The traditional retail industry has overheads that pushes prices skyward – shops, warehouses and middlemen etc.

Consequently we created Slate & Rose as an alternative for people who are passionate about the look of their home but have more sense than money.

Our goal is to bring to homeware lovers like you quality and stylish homeware products that can add a touch of elegance to your home at a fair and honest price.

From large contemporary wall mirrors, stylish furniture, oil paintings and wall art, to home storage etc. The range on offer at Slate & Rose is sure to impress, and whilst our aesthetic is predominantly elegant simplicity, we offer a wide range of styles so that you could find many items to suit your own taste and needs.

We hope you enjoy your Slate & Rose experience!

His two faces look into the future and the past, which is perhaps why he’s stuck right at the crossroads of each new year when many people look to improve on their lot of the previous year.
